My husband and I recently installed a garden door from our dining room and were discussing if we wanted a screen door for the Summer months. We were both in agreement that a screen door would be practical for keeping out the bugs come Summer but the thought of having our clear view through the glass door partially blocked all year long with a screen door was a big negative. We still hadn't decided what we were going to do when we happened to see the Mirage retractable screen system at Costco! Within minutes of looking at the screen door and seeing for ourselves how great it looked and hearing about the quality of the product, we knew this was going to be the perfect solution. We just had the door installed today and I have to say we were very happy with the look of the door and how it works. I would also like to take a moment to thank Shane, the gentlemen who installed the retractable screen system. Not only did he do a great job installing the screen but we was very friendly to deal with. He showed great respect for our home by removing his shoes (without being asked) before walking throug the house and he left the job site spotless. Purchasing something for your home can be quite exciting but if the person installing that product is sloppy and not friendly, it can undo any positive feelings one might have for a company. Shane certainly represents your product in a very positive way. My husband and I are looking forward to using the screen door lots and knowing that we have a warranty on the door is an added bonus.
