Alco Ventures Inc. was certified under the Q-Base Quality Management System in February of 1996 and is re-certified every year through an independent audit process as specified by the Q-Base certification organization. The Q-Base Quality Management System is based on the ISO-9000 series of quality standards and puts into place an environment which mandates continuous improvement.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Mirage Motorized Screen Systems, guarantees the material and workmanship of its products to be of excellent quality. All Materials are carefully selected to withstand most weather elements and breakage under normal use. The warranty does not cover claims originated from faulty installations, hail, flood, fire, harmful chemicals and fumes, misuse, abuse, fading , chalking, oxidization, erosion of paint, acts of God, or causes beyond control of the manufacturer. This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. The lifetime material warranty applies to aluminum components.
5 Year Warranty
Mirage Motorized Screen Systems warrants the electrical motors for a period of 5 years, commencing from the date of satisfactory installation for the original purchaser, against failure under expected normal use. Warranty is void if the electrical motor is exposed to water, acts of God, or abnormal conditions.
1 Year Warranty
Mirage Motorized Screen Systems warrants the electronic components such as microwave transmitters and receivers for a period of 1 year, commencing from the date of satisfactory installation for the original purchaser against failure under expected normal use. Warranty is void if the electronic component is exposed to water, acts of God, or abnormal conditions.
Limitations of Warranties
Mirage Motorized Screen Systems is not responsible for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that anyone may suffer or incur in connection with this product or it’s use. Any warranties implied by law, including those of merchantability and fitness for the use or for particular purpose are limited to materials only in duration of 1 year express warranty hereunder. Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, therefore in those states the limitations are not applicable to the purchaser. This warranty does not cover incidental, misuse, or faulty installation damage to the mesh. This warranty further does not cover installation costs, removal costs, service calls, and shipping costs of all materials covered in above limited warranties.
Claim Procedures
Contact your local authorized Mirage Retractable screen dealer for service - provide proof of purchase and your claim details. Alco Ventures Inc. shall review with the dealer the description of the asserted defect, examine the screen unit if necessary, and make service, repairs and replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. Alco Ventures its distributors and dealers will NOT be responsible for removal or shipping costs if this process is not followed.
