Depending upon the type of application, installation requires approximately 1 to 2 hours.

Mirage Retractable Screen Systems are low maintenance. At least once a year, we recommend that you clean and clear the tracks of the retractable screen. After the tracks have been cleared and cleaned, liberally lubricate both top and bottom tracks and plastic guides with Mirage Silicone Spray Lubricant or equivalent. Check and retighten housing mounting screws at top and bottom track screws.
